Day of Silence
In addition to the 8 meetings, the day of silence takes center stage around the 6th week, a unique and profound experience that offers participants the opportunity to deepen the mindfulness skills they have acquired.
During this day, participants are invited to embrace silence. The day consists of guided meditations and movement exercises. Participants are encouraged to engage in these activities with an open mind and a heart full of acceptance.
The day of silence is often a turning point in the MBSR training, where participants develop a deeper understanding of the power of mindfulness and its impact on their well-being. It is an integral part of the journey to awareness and helps participants internalize the skills they have learned at an even deeper level.
