Applicable to all users of the flex workspace and studio at Sukha Life.

1. General Conduct
1.1 Be respectful and kind to all other users of the flex workspace or studio.
1.2 Be mindful of others’ peace and privacy.
1.3 Keep noise to a minimum.

2. Use of the Space
2.1 Leave the flex workspace or studio clean and tidy. Use the designated waste bins.
2.2 You may bring your own food and drinks, but please make sure no mess is left behind.
2.3 Smoking, alcohol consumption, and all forms of drugs are strictly prohibited in the flex workspace and studio.
2.4 Do not use open flames, except for candles provided by Sukha Life.

3. Use of Available Items
3.1 The following items are available for use in the studio: yoga mats, bolsters, meditation cushions, cork blocks, blankets, candles, and a Bluetooth speaker.
3.2 The following items are available for use in the flex workspace: desk, desk chair, keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
3.3 Treat all items with care and return them to their original place after use.
3.4 If you require other materials, please consult with Sukha Life in advance.

4. Safety
4.1 Keep emergency exits clear at all times.
4.2 Familiarize yourself with emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits.
4.3 Immediately report any unsafe situations, damage, or malfunctions to Sukha Life management.

5. Liability
5.1 Sukha Life is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
5.2 Any damage to the flex workspace, studio, or furnishings caused by the user or their guests must be reported immediately and may be charged to the user.

6. Compliance with House Rules
6.1 In case of violation of the house rules, Sukha Life reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including termination of the rental without refund.
6.2 Users who repeatedly violate the house rules may be denied access to Sukha Life.

8.1 These house rules apply to all users of Sukha Life’s flex workspace and studio and must be followed at all times.
