Teaching yoga has been my passion for over 20 years. In class, we practice yoga postures that connect, support and sometimes challenge both body and mind. Thanks to my experience, I can often see where you need help before you even ask. You’ll also discover the immense power of breathing during a yoga practice. All my classes are grounded in Western anatomical knowledge and Eastern yoga wisdom. Years of practicing yoga with curiosity and an open mind have taught me to always trust my intuition. The classes are designed with variety and lightened by humor. The latest insights, supported by a familiar foundation, help you move through positive change. I’m broadly trained and teach various styles of yoga: Relax Flow, Yin, Vinyasa Flow, Pilates and Restorative Yoga. I offer these in group classes, private sessions and workshops.

Experience the power of slowing down in my yin yoga classes. In my classes, I invite you to relearn how to feel and to meet yourself in stillness – exactly as you are in this moment. My intention is to create a gentle space where you are free to let go and come home to your body. I do this from a loving and intuitive approach.

Yoga, for me, is a sacred practice of coming home to myself. It creates space—not just physically, but energetically—so I can soften, slow down, and return to the quiet wisdom of my body. In a world that often demands more, faster, louder, yoga brings me to a silent whisper, where I can truly listen. In that stillness, I hear the subtle vibrations of my body and mind and invite space itself to express through me. The classes I offer are intuitive flows—gentle, organic, and deeply rooted in trust. I encourage movement that is led not by form but by feeling, allowing the body to guide the way. Each class is a journey toward inner and outer harmony, constantly weaving the dance between the masculine and feminine energies. It’s less about perfecting the pose and more about finding balance, alignment, and truth in each breath and moment.

In my classes, relaxation of the pelvis and spine is central. I work intuitively and meditatively, attuned to the group, so you can turn deeper and deeper inward. With love, I share my experience so that you can discover for yourself how deep relaxation makes you more relaxed, stronger, and more resilient. Larissa teaches Hatha, Supreme Release, and also prenatal yoga courses at Sukha Life. More information about the prenatal yoga can be found at https://www.mapaki.nl/

My yoga journey began in my teenage years. For a long time, I practiced yoga on and off, until it eventually became a daily practice. Yoga brought unity within me – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Starting the day with meditation and yoga gives me a sense of balance that carries through the entire day. I feel emotionally grounded, physically strong, and mentally at ease. I love sharing this with others and look forward to welcoming you to the Self Practice.
